Handcrafted in the USA to XDP's stringent specifications, the XDP Competition and Race Pushrods are made from only the highest quality materials. The 7/16 inch diameter pushrods are build from seamless 4130/4135 chromoly tubing that is cold drawn over a mandrel for maximum rigidity and strength.
The CNC machined tips are made from 86L20 bar stock that is core hardened and triple tempered to provide the ultimate in impact and wear resistance. Not only do these extra steps during the manufacturing process give you the best components, they maximize the performance of your valvetrain.
The Competition and Race Pushrods can be also be used in mild and stock builds. While they are intended for competition use and high horsepower, the larger pushrod is perfect for those who want to build their engine stronger, or for those who are building now, to make big power down the road. The 7/16 pushrods can handle 1000HP+ and work perfectly on stock to extreme engines. Sold as a set.
